It’s time to Get Fit at Aggie Square!
Join us for an eight‑week, free and open‑to‑the‑public fitness series designed to build strength, confidence, and connection through thoughtful and progressive movement. Each week explores a new theme—from foundational patterns to power and playful expression—so participants of all levels can grow at their own pace.
Our instructor for the session, Luca Orth, brings an inclusive, encouraging approach to movement, blending functional training with mindful technique. Newcomers and seasoned athletes are welcome to these sessions for a supportive space to move, learn, and feel good while moving your body with community.
Week 2 — Unilateral Strength
Strengthen one side at a time to improve balance, control, and coordination. This class helps you notice imbalances, activate stabilizing muscles, and move with more intention and awareness.
