It’s time to Get Fit at Aggie Square!

Join us for an eight‑week, free and open‑to‑the‑public fitness series designed to build strength, confidence, and connection through thoughtful and progressive movement. Each week explores a new theme—from foundational patterns to power and playful expression—so participants of all levels can grow at their own pace.

Our instructor for the session, Luca Orth, rainer and movement enthusiast who loves helping people develop strength, balance, and body awareness. His approach emphasizes sustainable progress, thoughtful technique, and making exercise feel approachable and rewarding.

Newcomers and seasoned athletes are welcome to these sessions for a supportive space to move, learn, and feel good while moving your body with community.

Week 1 Class — Foundations & Familiarization

Build confidence from the ground up. This session introduces core movement patterns, safe form, and how to use equipment comfortably. A welcoming class focused on trust, body awareness, and getting everyone moving with ease.
